One for cheese!


Last week I had a 13 hour day in work with a lot of waitressing involved (aka spilling milk down one leg and washing a lot of plates). But the redeeming feature which got me through those last few hours, was the opportunity to sample parts of the cheese boards that had been left behind. I particularly enjoyed the Compte and the Goats Cheese; but every single one was absolutely beautiful. If you haven't realised the restorative powers of a cheese-board yet, then go ahead. Preferably with a lot more Red Wine, and a lot less table clearing.
