Admittedly Beach Huts do cost the same as a small home these days (without the advantage of being allowed to live in them), but some of them are pretty darn fantastic ... We'll all just have to win the lottery if we want one. Particularly one like this, which may cost the same as quite a big house if the fancy outside is anything to go by!
