I have now finished reading 'The Happiness Project' by Gretchen Rubin: It was absolutely wonderful so I'd definitely recommend you pick up a copy if you pass the lovely blue and yellow cover in a book shop. In fact, I've already leant it to my sister, and plan to flick through it again when she has finished! She also has a blog about it, but I think it's nice to start with the book. Then again, I usually think it's nice to start with a book, whatever you may be doing afterwards.
