Let's all go out and have more old-fashioned 'Dinner and Cinema' sort of dates (probably not outside unless there is some sort of freak weather change). Or Dancing. Let's all go Dancing. And get dressed up ... with hats.
In a nutshell, I am advocating more activities as represented in films set in the 1950s. Their questionable historical accuracy is not particularly important.
