There's something wonderful about Singer sewing machines ... especially one like this! I have one (somewhere) that folds away under a desktop, that I bought from a random shop under the arches on Brick Lane. I've never actually used it as a sewing machine (it was my desk while I was writing my dissertation in Uni) but it's nice to know that I could!
