One for the weekend

Happy Easter Weekend! I hope you have a lovely time, whatever you get up to. When we were little, our Easter holidays were usually spent in Devon helping at the farm up the road with the lambing (although my brother did more useful 'hands on' things, and my sister and I mostly sat playing with the orphan lambs). Now (I'm sorry to say), I am in work ... dressed as the Easter Bunny!

In case you're in need of inspiration this weekend, here are some vaguely Easter/Spring related suggestions:

LISTEN: Lille - Lisa Hannigan
Or of course, Spring!

READ: The Sheep Pig - Dick King Smith

EAT: Hot Cross Buns
I'm sorry to say, I usually prefer the cheaper shop-bought ones..

A Classic!

In Dublin: Islandbridge, or Iveagh Gardens. In London: Clissold Park or Hyde Park.

MAKE: Roast Lamb, with all the trimmings (and mint jelly)
Then share it with as many family and friends as you can find!
