I love Oysters. I first tried them at a tiny seafood restaurant 'The Oyster Shack' which was attached to an oyster processing company ... the restaurant consisted of about 6 plastic tables under a corrugated plastic roof, and it was in the middle of nowhere (accessible by a tidal road) but the walls were painted a bright terracotta colour, and there were green fishing nets hanging from the ceiling. The first time we went, one of the owners recommended we get a dozen oysters between us, and told us how to eat them: clearly they were superb quality and ridiculously fresh ... and it was one of the most incredible and delicious food moments I've ever had.
