One catch up ...

Hello everyone, I apologise for my radio silence ... I knew I would only have limited time to post things, but hadn't anticipated how limited! But (as I sit in our 'office' in Smock Alley with the sounds of tech rehearsal for a poetry show happening above me), I can now confirm that the end is just coming into sight, and there is a very distant dot of light at the end of the tunnel!
The Collaborations Festival is going swimmingly so far: far better than we could have imagined, with sell out shows and standing ovations ...somehow the crew even survived our run of 13 shows yesterday (a round up of the week)! We've met some wierd and wonderful characters, from Daniel O'Connell to Indiana Jones; and from drug addicts to Elephants; and we still have a week left!
If you're around Dublin it would be great to see you in Smock Alley sometime in the next week, we're here till March 9th: I'm really proud of all the shows we've had so far, and can't wait to see the full performance of Whelp, The Park, Awkward, Pondling, Jenny is a Raver, How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Gardai, The Secret Art of Murder, and Revolution; and of course to watch the 2nd half of our headline show The Sylvia as I had to sneak out last week. If all the tech rehearsals are anything to go by, each show should be pretty darn fantastic!
